We have used 121 carhire

We have used 121 carhire for many cars over approx 15 years and the website is easy to use booking the car and for the type and price of cars. However trying to deal with your agents over the phone to change or cancel a booking is 'not' a pleasant experience. It was frustrating speaking with your unfriendly agents who did not try and find a workable solution for the changes we needed to make to our booking due to flight changes. It was easier to just cancel the booking with 121 car hire and book directly with the car company who were wonderful in assisting and making the booking. Your agents over the phone are very autocratic and direct ( borderline being rude ) 121 car hire would benefit in creating a more friendly and helpful service to clients when dealing with your agents over the phone.

Naxos is the Cyclades Islands' largest with vast areas of fertile grounds and stunning ancient attractions to see. Its main air travel gateway is the Naxos Island National Airport, which is simply known as the Naxos Airport. Flying to Naxos is convenient if you are coming from Athens or from other European cities.

The Naxos Airport offers scheduled services to and from Athens and Graz via Olympic Air and InterSky. The airport is situated about 3 kilometers from the heart of the city of Naxos, so with car hire in Naxos Airport, you can arrive in the city within seven minutes by driving on the Agiou Arseniou road.

The airport mostly handles light aircraft flying to Naxos Island and there is one passenger terminal handling all travelers. Inside, passengers can take their time at the coffee shop or canteen before they leave the premises. Transportation to the city center and to other parts of the island is only possible by taxi or by car.

 What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

Our rates are all-inclusive. Our reservation department will inform you in advance should additional costs apply. You can always cancel your booking free of charge if you do not agree (this must be done at least 48 hours prior to the start of the car hire period).
