The Thrifty address is incorrect

The Thrifty address is incorrect on 121carhire site. We had to track it down when we got to Campbelltown. Not near train station so with 2 large suitcases it was a pain... We managed to get a lift but please change it for the sake of others.

Sydney's Outer West area is a large district where Penrith is located. Penrith is a suburb which is Outer Western Sydney's center for nightlife and business, and it is situated 31 miles west of the central business district of Sydney's city center. The suburb also lies east of the river of Neapean, right at the bottom of the Blue Mountains.

Penrith is an important commercial center for the western section of Sydney and that is notable for its number of shopping centers. The largest of which is the Westfield Penrith with more than 200 shops ranging from specialty stores to department stores. The suburb is also linked to Sydney's CBD by train and by road.

Penrith makes a good destination if you want a more relaxed atmosphere while on a holiday in Sydney. If you want easy accessibility to downtown Sydney, car hire in Penrith Downtown should be arranged. Driving on the Western Motorway lets you arrive in Sydney's city center in approximately an hour.

Mt. Druitt and St. Marys are also easily accessible to Penrith Downtown through the Great Western Highway. Further east, the M4 Western Motorway is a convenient route while heading to the Blue Mountains is convenient with the Great Western Highway. Cheap car hire in Penrith Downtown makes sense if you plan to do a lot of driving in the surrounding area.

With car rental in Penrith Downtown, you can also gain access to other attractions in the Outer West. Drive to the Koala Park Sanctuary or drive to the Featherdale Wildlife Park to explore the country's wildlife. Knapsack Viaduct railway is also accessible from Penrith by car.

 What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

Our rates are all-inclusive. Our reservation department will inform you in advance should additional costs apply. You can always cancel your booking free of charge if you do not agree (this must be done at least 48 hours prior to the start of the car hire period).
