Although terminal 1 was indicated on the booking. The rental was booked out of terminal 2. After waiting for 90 mins at terminal 1 we had to then go to terminal 2 to collect the car

Location information for Briancon

The highest town in all of Europe, Briancon is found in southeastern France's Provence Alpes Cote d'Azaur Region. The town is nestled on a plateau amidst the Guisane and Durance rivers. It is known for its history and its attractive natural sites, as well as for its bustling ski resorts. Exploring the town is easy, especially with cheap car hire in Briancon Downtown.

Briancon has a historical center, which is surrounded by old fortresses built by Vauban way back the 17th century. The streets around the historic center are picturesque, although steep and narrow, and are lined by a good range of interesting landmarks.

Driving a car hire in Briancon Downtown is also ideal when visiting different tourist spots and landmarks like the old parish church, which was built in the early 1700s, as well as the stunning Pont d'Asfeld, located east of Briancon, across Durance.

 What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?
