We have used 121 carhire

We have used 121 carhire for many cars over approx 15 years and the website is easy to use booking the car and for the type and price of cars. However trying to deal with your agents over the phone to change or cancel a booking is 'not' a pleasant experience. It was frustrating speaking with your unfriendly agents who did not try and find a workable solution for the changes we needed to make to our booking due to flight changes. It was easier to just cancel the booking with 121 car hire and book directly with the car company who were wonderful in assisting and making the booking. Your agents over the phone are very autocratic and direct ( borderline being rude ) 121 car hire would benefit in creating a more friendly and helpful service to clients when dealing with your agents over the phone.

Kos International Airport is an island airport serving Kos in Greece. Alternatively called Ippokratis Airport, the facility is the only flight facility in and out of the island. it is nestled some 26 kilometers from Kos Town, right next to the areas of Antimachia, Panagia and Christos. It offers good flight services, and is served by companies offering various travel services including cheap car hire in Kos Airport.

The airport allows frequent daily connections to and from different cities in mainland Greece, while peak months allow charters to and from a wide range of destinations. The airport is considered the 6th busiest in Greece, offering services from major carriers like Aegean Airlines, Olympic Air, Monarch Airlines, Transavia and Ryanair, among others.

The airport offers good facilities, including dining establishments, duty free shopping, as well as small shops selling all sorts of souvenirs and gift items. No business facilities can be found onsite although the nearby convention center offers good alternatives.

 What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

Our rates are all-inclusive. Our reservation department will inform you in advance should additional costs apply. You can always cancel your booking free of charge if you do not agree (this must be done at least 48 hours prior to the start of the car hire period).

 What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

 What is a worry-free label?

Only rental companies with a high level of customer satisfaction are eligible to be included in our Worry-Free selection. This rate includes excess cover and unlimited kilometres. Your vehicle will be provided and must be returned with a full tank of fuel. With a vehicle from our Worry-Free selection, you can travel with peace of mind and no hidden costs.

 How can I change or cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation through "My Account". We recommend contacting us by phone if your changes to your booking or cancellation takes place at short notice (48 hours or less).

Most reservations will receive confirmation within minutes after payment takes place. We recommend contacting our Booking Department for last minute reservations (pick-up within 48 hours).
