We have used 121 carhire

We have used 121 carhire for many cars over approx 15 years and the website is easy to use booking the car and for the type and price of cars. However trying to deal with your agents over the phone to change or cancel a booking is 'not' a pleasant experience. It was frustrating speaking with your unfriendly agents who did not try and find a workable solution for the changes we needed to make to our booking due to flight changes. It was easier to just cancel the booking with 121 car hire and book directly with the car company who were wonderful in assisting and making the booking. Your agents over the phone are very autocratic and direct ( borderline being rude ) 121 car hire would benefit in creating a more friendly and helpful service to clients when dealing with your agents over the phone.

Location information for Kos

A popular tourist resort, Kos is a premier Greek Island, right next to the Gokova Gulf. It belongs to the Sporades islands, and is just about 4 kilometers away from the Bodrum Coast. It is a great vacation destination made up of mountainous highlands and attractive plains. The rest of the island is best seen through cheap car hire in Kos Downtown, especially the stunning archeological sites and ancient attractions.

The Asklepion is one of the main tourist attractions in the island, dating back from as early as the 4th century BC. The site can be found atop a hill some 5 kilometers from the main town. The old Roman Theater called Odeum is also worth visiting, built way back the 3rd century AD.

A car hire in Kos Downtown would also bring visitors to other attractive sites around Kos, including the historic tree called Hippocrates Platanos, which is considered as one of the oldest in Europe. It stands majestically in front of the Castle of the Knights.

Also worth visiting on a car rental in Kos Downtown is the Ancient town, right by the north eastern portion of the city. The old district is best known as the site of the ruins of the old Hellenistic Temple of Hercules, as well as other attractive Roman ruins.

Kos is also home to the Casa Romana, and the some other attractive archaeological finds. The city museum is also a must see, especially for those into history.

 What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

Our rates are all-inclusive. Our reservation department will inform you in advance should additional costs apply. You can always cancel your booking free of charge if you do not agree (this must be done at least 48 hours prior to the start of the car hire period).

 What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

 What is a worry-free label?
