We have used 121 carhire

We have used 121 carhire for many cars over approx 15 years and the website is easy to use booking the car and for the type and price of cars. However trying to deal with your agents over the phone to change or cancel a booking is 'not' a pleasant experience. It was frustrating speaking with your unfriendly agents who did not try and find a workable solution for the changes we needed to make to our booking due to flight changes. It was easier to just cancel the booking with 121 car hire and book directly with the car company who were wonderful in assisting and making the booking. Your agents over the phone are very autocratic and direct ( borderline being rude ) 121 car hire would benefit in creating a more friendly and helpful service to clients when dealing with your agents over the phone.

Patra (also called Patras) is a bustling city considered as one of Greece's biggest urban areas. It is likewise Western Greece's regional capital as is located to the north of Peloponnese, on the foothills of Mount Panachaikon. It overlooks the Gulf of Patras. Travelers who want to explore the surrounding attractions can arrange car hire in Patra Downtown.

Patra's Achaia region has many landmarks that can be reached with car rental in Patra Downtown. There are major museums, here such as the Patras Archaeological Museum plus the unique Museum for the Sacrifice of the people of Kalavrita.

Also a popular attraction is the Achaia Clauss wine tasting center, which is on Petroto's outskirts, easily reachable with cheap car hire in Patra Downtown. This wine tasting centre is more than century old and is one of Greece's celebrated wineries.

The many Byzantine and Ancient Greek monuments are also easily to access with a vehicle. Drive to the Fortress of Patras, the Roman Odeum, and the Castle of Rio.

 What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

Our rates are all-inclusive. Our reservation department will inform you in advance should additional costs apply. You can always cancel your booking free of charge if you do not agree (this must be done at least 48 hours prior to the start of the car hire period).

 What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

 What is a worry-free label?
