We have used 121 carhire

We have used 121 carhire for many cars over approx 15 years and the website is easy to use booking the car and for the type and price of cars. However trying to deal with your agents over the phone to change or cancel a booking is 'not' a pleasant experience. It was frustrating speaking with your unfriendly agents who did not try and find a workable solution for the changes we needed to make to our booking due to flight changes. It was easier to just cancel the booking with 121 car hire and book directly with the car company who were wonderful in assisting and making the booking. Your agents over the phone are very autocratic and direct ( borderline being rude ) 121 car hire would benefit in creating a more friendly and helpful service to clients when dealing with your agents over the phone.

Sami is on the island of Kefalonia's eastern coast with a stunning harbor that connects the island with Corfu, Patras, and Italy. This village occupies a 129,326-acre area consisting of an inland and a stretch of coastline where beautiful beaches like Antisamos and Paliouras are located.

The town is also notable for a small lake known as the Karavomylos and it also contains the Katavothres' subterranean waters from Argostoli. Sami also makes a good base for exploring other charming villages especially the ones beside it with their colorful gardens and quaint houses.

Car hire in Sami allows you to get around on your own while in Kefalonia. As you explore the town, you can find a range of unique surprises to amuse even the most discerning visitor. The beach of Karavomilos can also be visited if you want to relax in attractive surroundings. That beach is only a kilometer away from downtown Sami.

With cheap car hire in Sami, you can drive to the Haliotata Village, which can serve as your base for visiting the Drogarati Cave. You can also head to Lake Melissani which is remarkable for being underground and tucked away in a cave. Sami is also a good base for visiting the towns of Grizata and Digaleto nearby.

A lot of tourists tend to use the bus service around the island so if you want to travel comfortably and according to your own time, prefer to use car rental in Sami.  What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

Our rates are all-inclusive. Our reservation department will inform you in advance should additional costs apply. You can always cancel your booking free of charge if you do not agree (this must be done at least 48 hours prior to the start of the car hire period).

 What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.
