We have used 121 carhire

We have used 121 carhire for many cars over approx 15 years and the website is easy to use booking the car and for the type and price of cars. However trying to deal with your agents over the phone to change or cancel a booking is 'not' a pleasant experience. It was frustrating speaking with your unfriendly agents who did not try and find a workable solution for the changes we needed to make to our booking due to flight changes. It was easier to just cancel the booking with 121 car hire and book directly with the car company who were wonderful in assisting and making the booking. Your agents over the phone are very autocratic and direct ( borderline being rude ) 121 car hire would benefit in creating a more friendly and helpful service to clients when dealing with your agents over the phone.

Nestled southwest of the city of Karpathos stands its national air travel hub, the Karpathos Island National Airport. Simply referred to as the Karapathos Airport, it has been an important aviation hub for the island of Karpathos since the 1970s. The airport currently handles an array of charter flights and domestic flights.

Olympic Air frequently flies between the Karpathos Airport and Rhodes, Athens, Kassos, and Sitia. Other air carriers like Air Berlin, Thomas Cook Airlines, and Arkefly operate charter services mostly to and from other European cities such as Copenhagen, Oslo, Dusseldorf, Amsterdam, Stockholm, and Munich.

There is only one passenger terminal handling all travelers. Three aircraft stands are reserved for large airplanes and one freight terminal makes the Karpathos Airport an important hub for cargo flights as well. Transportation to the city is limited to taxis and car hire in Karpathos Airport.

The terminal has a police station and there is also a meteorological office on-site. Passengers who need transportation can book on the spot for cheap car hire in Karpathos Airport, or they can reserve their vehicle in advance while preparing for their trip. With a car, Karpathos is just a 17 to 24-minute drive from the airport.

If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.
