We have used 121 carhire

We have used 121 carhire for many cars over approx 15 years and the website is easy to use booking the car and for the type and price of cars. However trying to deal with your agents over the phone to change or cancel a booking is 'not' a pleasant experience. It was frustrating speaking with your unfriendly agents who did not try and find a workable solution for the changes we needed to make to our booking due to flight changes. It was easier to just cancel the booking with 121 car hire and book directly with the car company who were wonderful in assisting and making the booking. Your agents over the phone are very autocratic and direct ( borderline being rude ) 121 car hire would benefit in creating a more friendly and helpful service to clients when dealing with your agents over the phone.

Situated 9 kilometers southwest of Parikia and close to Alyki lies the Paros National Airport. Simply referred to as the Paros Airport, it is served daily by air carriers like AirSea Lines and Olympic Airways, bringing passengers to and from Athens. The airport is also within easy reach of the towns of Voutakos Agheria, Kamari, and Agheria.

Local buses run from the airport to Parikia, enabling passengers to reach the town in 10 minutes. There are also buses to Naoussa and the journey takes about 25 minutes. If you want to travel according to your own schedule, arrange for car hire in Paros Airport.

The airport only has one passenger terminal and another terminal for freight aircraft. Eight aircraft stands are available for light types of aircraft, but the runway is also capable of handling medium-sized aircraft. Very few passenger services are offered to travelers but there is an information desk on-site.

Cheap car hire in Paros Airport can be secured before or after you arrive from some of the top vehicle rental firms represented inside the terminal. A car is also necessary if you want to get around comfortably in Paros especially if you want to visit all the resorts on your own.

 What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

Our rates are all-inclusive. Our reservation department will inform you in advance should additional costs apply. You can always cancel your booking free of charge if you do not agree (this must be done at least 48 hours prior to the start of the car hire period).

 What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.
