We have used 121 carhire

We have used 121 carhire for many cars over approx 15 years and the website is easy to use booking the car and for the type and price of cars. However trying to deal with your agents over the phone to change or cancel a booking is 'not' a pleasant experience. It was frustrating speaking with your unfriendly agents who did not try and find a workable solution for the changes we needed to make to our booking due to flight changes. It was easier to just cancel the booking with 121 car hire and book directly with the car company who were wonderful in assisting and making the booking. Your agents over the phone are very autocratic and direct ( borderline being rude ) 121 car hire would benefit in creating a more friendly and helpful service to clients when dealing with your agents over the phone.

Officially known as the Nea Anchialos National Airport, the Volos Central Greece Airport is the major civilian air travel hub for the cities of Volos, Karditsa, Trikala, and Farsala among many others. It is conveniently positioned twenty kilometers west of Downtown Volos in the Thessaly's Magnesia prefecture.

This public airport is composed of one passenger terminal and an asphalt runway measuring 9,052 feet long. The airport is a convenient point of arrival in Nea Anchialos especially among budget travelers flying via low-cost carriers like Ryanair. Volos Airport is also served by Belle Air, Monarch Airlines, and Air Berlin.

The E75 highway offers access to the Volos Airport when coming from Athens or Lamia. Transportation to Volos is handled by buses but if you are flying via a charter airline, transfers may be provided by a travel agency. Car hire in Volos Airport can also be arranged.

 What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?
