The instructions for pick up

The instructions for pick up should have said to call the staff for a pick up as it was a long walk in the heat and poorly sign posted. When we got there they said we should have called them for a lift!

Located halfway between the cities of Palermo and Messina, the popular beach resort and fishing village of Cefalu can be found on the northern coast of Sicily. The town's idyllic waterfront is appealing and home to numerous restaurants that serve mouth-watering seafood dishes. This seaside resort town boasts a magnificent cathedral and the place has been inhabited by many different nationalities as is common in Sicilian communities. Regular rail services follow routes to and from Palermo, Messina and Milazzo. From the town of Messina, many trains continue traveling on to Rome and Naples. From Palermo it takes around 60 minutes reaching Cefalu by rail, with trains running right along the shoreline.

What do I need to do when picking up a car?
