The instructions for pick up

The instructions for pick up should have said to call the staff for a pick up as it was a long walk in the heat and poorly sign posted. When we got there they said we should have called them for a lift!

Vieste is on the Adriatic coast of Italy and a good place for a seaside holiday. Good beaches and a rugged coastline make up this part of the country which has the ambience of Italian rural life. The car rental in Vieste Downtown is something lots of tourists arrange with their hotel or online before coming to the resort.

The Vieste beaches have regularly been awarded the Blue Flag for their environmental cleanliness and facilities, which makes many Italian tourists taking a vacation here as well as international visitors. Getting to this region of Foggia can be done by air and road. The nearest airport is 100 kilometers away, but the journey to Vieste can be covered in about two hours.

Once in the town the car hire in Vieste Downtown can make the holiday much easier with the option to tour along the Adriatic coast. Apart from the great beaches there are few local sights worth exploring. The Castle is from the 11th century, but unfortunately is not open to the public.

The 11th century cathedral is another interesting place to see in the town. The old part is still one which has the look of its medieval background with washed walled terraced houses along the small side streets and all set on the cliff top.

Just out of the town is the headland and rocky outcrop called the Pizzomunno. The 25 meter high cliff is one of the dramatic points on this coast and can be reached using the cheap car hire in Vieste Downtown.

What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

Are there any additional costs?

Our rates are all-inclusive. Our reservation department will inform you in advance should additional costs apply. You can always cancel your booking free of charge if you do not agree (this must be done at least 48 hours prior to the start of the car hire period).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

What is a worry-free label?
