Everything was very straightforward, I was asked to buy additional insurance by Avis for breakdown etc, so it would have been useful to understand this wasn't included in the quoted price - if it was stated it wasn't obvious. It would be useful for you or the rental companies to provide more information on how pick up and drop offs work at the specific airports. Finding the drop off place a San Francisco was not great, as the address stated and google maps puts them in slightly different places - and the attendant joked that finding the garage wasn't easy.

Excellent - the website had

Excellent - the website had been sluggish and repeated attempts to make the same booking resulted in 3 bookings. But the team quickly confirmed they had cancelled two, and the actual booking all worked fine once we got to Orlando.

The only minor issue has

The only minor issue has to do with the windshield of the car. What ever cleaning product that was used was vey greasy and difficult to see thru the steaks. First stop was the Store for some windex wipes. Everything else was perfect

Carmel is a small city in the US state of Indiana close to some beautiful reservoirs and lakes, and also a short driving distance, with budget car rental in Carmel Downtown, from Indianapolis, which is to the south of the town. It is a historical city that receives many visitors who are on their way to the big city.

The main attraction of the town is the Carmel Monon Center, which is a modern water park. It is all outdoors with various sized pools, exciting water slides, diving boards and a special area where smaller children can play safely. There are also other fitness activities at the complex, including a running track and gym.

Use car rentals in Carmel Downtown to drive into the bustling city of Indianapolis. There are various districts to visit which have played huge roles in the city's history and are culturally significant, including the White River State Park district, which has the city's zoo, a variety of museums, gardens, live music and a 3D cinema.

Also in Indianapolis, you'll find some great annual festivals.  What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

Our rates are all-inclusive. Our reservation department will inform you in advance should additional costs apply. You can always cancel your booking free of charge if you do not agree (this must be done at least 48 hours prior to the start of the car hire period).
