Everything was very straightforward, I was asked to buy additional insurance by Avis for breakdown etc, so it would have been useful to understand this wasn't included in the quoted price - if it was stated it wasn't obvious. It would be useful for you or the rental companies to provide more information on how pick up and drop offs work at the specific airports. Finding the drop off place a San Francisco was not great, as the address stated and google maps puts them in slightly different places - and the attendant joked that finding the garage wasn't easy.

Excellent - the website had

Excellent - the website had been sluggish and repeated attempts to make the same booking resulted in 3 bookings. But the team quickly confirmed they had cancelled two, and the actual booking all worked fine once we got to Orlando.

The only minor issue has

The only minor issue has to do with the windshield of the car. What ever cleaning product that was used was vey greasy and difficult to see thru the steaks. First stop was the Store for some windex wipes. Everything else was perfect

Iowa's second biggest city is that of Cedar Rapids. It lies in the east of the state close to the border of Illinois and the Mississippi River. Car rentals in Cedar Rapids Downtown is a great way to tour this fun city, and also to take daytrips to the nearby towns and natural areas.

One of the more interesting areas of the city is the Czech Village. Here you can eat at Czech restaurants, buy Czech products, including delicious baked goods, and visit the National Czech and Slovak Museum. The Kosek Band Stand often has bands playing and watching them is a popular way to pass time.

Cedar Rapids is a city with a calm and friendly atmosphere, and taking a pleasant stroll through town is a favorite pastime of many. There are some pretty parks in town, which offer regular events and also have great facilities. There are also three regular farmer's markets in town.

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.
