Everything was very straightforward, I was asked to buy additional insurance by Avis for breakdown etc, so it would have been useful to understand this wasn't included in the quoted price - if it was stated it wasn't obvious. It would be useful for you or the rental companies to provide more information on how pick up and drop offs work at the specific airports. Finding the drop off place a San Francisco was not great, as the address stated and google maps puts them in slightly different places - and the attendant joked that finding the garage wasn't easy.

El Paso International Airport is located some six kilometers to the northeast of the Texan city of El Paso's business district, and serves in excess of three million domestic passengers yearly. Its three runways and single terminal provide facilities for American, Delta, and United Airlines as well as several smaller carriers.

The terminal provides comprehensive passenger services including full business facilities, currency exchange booths and ATMs, emergency and medical services, internet access, and disability assistance.
