Everything was very straightforward, I was asked to buy additional insurance by Avis for breakdown etc, so it would have been useful to understand this wasn't included in the quoted price - if it was stated it wasn't obvious. It would be useful for you or the rental companies to provide more information on how pick up and drop offs work at the specific airports. Finding the drop off place a San Francisco was not great, as the address stated and google maps puts them in slightly different places - and the attendant joked that finding the garage wasn't easy.

Excellent - the website had been sluggish and repeated attempts to make the same booking resulted in 3 bookings. But the team quickly confirmed they had cancelled two, and the actual booking all worked fine once we got to Orlando.

The only minor issue has

The only minor issue has to do with the windshield of the car. What ever cleaning product that was used was vey greasy and difficult to see thru the steaks. First stop was the Store for some windex wipes. Everything else was perfect

Great Falls Airport is three miles southwest of Great Falls in central Montana and is the best way into this remote town. It resides in Cascade County and the US military also have a base here. Car rentals in Great Falls Airport are the best bet for getting out and exploring the area.

The airport is only a small one but receives flights from all over the Sytates, including from Denver, Las Vegas, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, and Seattle. There are not a great amount of facilities at the airport, apart from budget car rental in Great Falls Airport, although there is a snack bar, an ATM, and parking.

Getting to downtown is via I-15 and the I-15 spur of Central Avenue West. Having a car in this part of the US is an absolute must as the public transport is not the best, plus the roads around here are nice to drive to boot. One of the great drives nearby with car rental in Great Falls Airport is the road to Helena. It follows the course of the Missouri River and is stunning.

Things to see in Great Falls include the Lewis and Clark National Interpretive Center and many parks and museums. The Zahara Valley Golf Club will appeal to golfers and is open to non-members.

Off to the northwest with car rental in Great Falls Airport is the stunning Flahead National Forest, and if you have the legs, Yellowstone National Park is south of town in northwest Wyoming.

What do I need to do when picking up a car?
