Everything was very straightforward, I was asked to buy additional insurance by Avis for breakdown etc, so it would have been useful to understand this wasn't included in the quoted price - if it was stated it wasn't obvious. It would be useful for you or the rental companies to provide more information on how pick up and drop offs work at the specific airports. Finding the drop off place a San Francisco was not great, as the address stated and google maps puts them in slightly different places - and the attendant joked that finding the garage wasn't easy.

The only minor issue has to do with the windshield of the car. What ever cleaning product that was used was vey greasy and difficult to see thru the steaks. First stop was the Store for some windex wipes. Everything else was perfect

Wichita Airport is the busiest airport in Kansas. Kansas International Airport is located in the state of Missouri. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

Our rates are all-inclusive. Our reservation department will inform you in advance should additional costs apply. You can always cancel your booking free of charge if you do not agree (this must be done at least 48 hours prior to the start of the car hire period).

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.
