Everything was very straightforward, I was asked to buy additional insurance by Avis for breakdown etc, so it would have been useful to understand this wasn't included in the quoted price - if it was stated it wasn't obvious. It would be useful for you or the rental companies to provide more information on how pick up and drop offs work at the specific airports. Finding the drop off place a San Francisco was not great, as the address stated and google maps puts them in slightly different places - and the attendant joked that finding the garage wasn't easy.

Excellent - the website had been sluggish and repeated attempts to make the same booking resulted in 3 bookings. But the team quickly confirmed they had cancelled two, and the actual booking all worked fine once we got to Orlando.

The only minor issue has

The only minor issue has to do with the windshield of the car. What ever cleaning product that was used was vey greasy and difficult to see thru the steaks. First stop was the Store for some windex wipes. Everything else was perfect

Yuma Airport is located just a few miles from the city of Yuma in Arizona. It is mainly used by military aircraft but there are scheduled flights to and from Yuma from Los Angeles International Airport with United Express and scheduled flights to Phoenix Sky Harbor with US Airways.

Within the FC Frosty' Braden Passenger Terminal, there is a permanent art exhibition, a gift shop, games room, a restaurant and a comfortable lounge. Car rentals in Yuma Airport are available. Avis, Budget, Enterprise and Hertz all have counter desk representatives in the airport terminal just in front of the baggage claim area.

With budget car rental in Yuma Airport, there are many interesting attractions around Yuma to visit. What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.
